Registration

• The registration fee is 30,000 yen (Japanese yen, incl. tax). This includes a copy of the proceedings, lunch boxes and breaks both days, and the banquet the evening of Thursday July 10th. Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
• The presenter for each paper should register by May 31. Others, please register by June 9. For late registration, we cannot guarantee your seat at the conference banquet, but please contact the local organizers through rc14-oc@ngc.is.ritsumei.ac.jp.

• 1st Step (for conference organization):

  • Please input the paper information if you present a paper.
    
  • You can also purchase extra tickets for the banquet for an accompanying person. If you want to buy it, please write your request in the box “Food Restriction.”
  A confirmation mail will be sent to the registered email address, so make sure you input the correct email address. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please register again. This ID must not be different from the ID used in the 2nd Step.
  
  
• 2nd Step (for payment processing):
  Please note that payment is processed by a different database due to organizational issues. We kindly ask you to input here the same data as in the 1st step.

  and follow the instructions. If you would like to buy an additional banquett ticket, please pay 10,000 yen for one person at the reception.
  
  Please do not be confused by the title "14th Asian Quantum Information Science Conference": We are using the credit card company service for the 14th Asian Quantum Information Science Conference also for the Conference on Reversible Computation (in order to keep the costs low). Hence, please do not be confused by this; you will surely pay to RC2014, not the 14th Asian Quantum Information Science Conference. Please proceed as described in this pdf file.
