Accommodation

The 10th Conference on Reversible Computation will take place from September 12th (2.30pm) to 14th, 2018 on the campus of the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. This will be preceded by a meeting of COST Action IC1405 on Reversible Computation from September 10th to 12th (lunch), 2018. This meeting will be held at College Court (a conference centre of the University of Leicester, approximately a 20 minute walk from the main campus - see the map here) on 10th and 11th September, and on the campus of the University of Leicester on 12th September.

College Court Accommodation

Accomodation is available at College Court, and can be booked directly with College Court. Bookings can be made either over the phone by ringing (+44) 0116 244 9669 or by sending an email to reservations@collegecourt.co.uk. Please quote the reference number '44187' in order to receive the following nightly rates based on single occupancy.

• Sun 9 and Mon 10 Sept 2018 - 75 GBP per night
• Tues 11, Wed 12 and Thurs 13 Sept 2018 - 95 GBP per night
• Fri 14 and Sat 15 Sept 2018 - 85 GBP per night

All of the above prices are inclusive of a full English breakfast, complimentary car parking and Wi-Fi access. For double occupancy, an additional charge of 15 GBP per night will apply. Upgrades to executive bedrooms are also available for a 10 GBP supplement. Please note that a credit/debit card will be required to secure the reservation.

Student Accommodation

There are also a small number of rooms available at Nixon Court (University of Leicester Residence - shown here) for PhD students or young researchers who attend both the COST Action meeting and RC2018. The price per night of this accommodation is approximately 40 GBP. The availability of such rooms is from 9th September (check-in) to 15th September (check-out), with at least 4 nights required to be booked. This will be operated on a first-come, first-served basis.
